You click through your product. It becomes a walkthrough ready to send.
By Thiago Lourenço Martins
Supademo is a browser extension that records you navigating your own system — every click becomes a step, with an AI-written caption explaining what just happened. What's left at the end is a clickable link anyone can open and "use" your product without installing anything, like a guided tour. It's the difference between recording a video (which people just watch) and handing someone something they actually click through, at their own pace.
You already know the script by heart. Open the screen, show the same button, explain the same doubt — for the fifth time this week, to the fifth different lead. And half of them don't even show up.
Record the flow once, send the link, and whoever gets it clicks through on their own, whenever they want — even at 2am, without you needing to be on the screen. The demo keeps running long after you've gone to bed.
Instead of booking yet another call that 40% of leads skip, send the ready-made walkthrough link in the follow-up email. The lead clicks through whenever they want — no waiting on your calendar to open up.
Every time the product changes, that old onboarding video goes stale. Re-record the walkthrough in 3 minutes and swap the link — no video editing required.
Puts a "see how it works" straight on the homepage, without recording a presenter or hiring a studio — just by clicking through your own dashboard.
Search "Supademo" on the Chrome Web Store and click "Add to Chrome." There's also a desktop app for Mac and Windows if you'd rather record outside the browser.

the free plan already unlocks 5 guided demosRecording starts right there, inside the tab you're already using.
Click buttons, fill in fields, move between screens — Supademo captures every action and already writes an automatic caption for it.
The interactive walkthrough appears ready right away, with every screen laid out in sequence.
Edit each step's text if you want, then export it as a link, embed it on a page, as a video, or as a PDF.
Rewrite this step's caption in a consultative, straight-to-the-point tone, highlighting the benefit for whoever is watching — not just the name of the button already on screen. Maximum 15 words, no technical jargon.
Paste it into the text field for each step inside the Supademo editor, then tweak the result before publishing.
Install the extension, open any screen in your system (or even a site you use every day) and click "Record Supademo." Do a simple 4-or-5-click task, then stop the recording.
You've succeeded if the generated link shows each step with an automatic caption, and someone outside your team can follow the flow without you explaining anything nearby.
Yes, it's free — permanently, no credit card required. What the paid plans sell isn't "recording a demo," the free plan already does that; it's a higher cap, analytics on who opened the link, and heavier sales-oriented features.

I tested it by recording the signup flow of some random system I use — and the most surprising part wasn't the capture itself, it was the caption the AI wrote on its own for each step, almost ready to use as-is. What bugged me: I was tempted to export it as video assuming it would come out clean, and got caught off guard by the free plan's watermark. For a salesperson who lives on follow-ups, this seriously competes with booking a call — but the price jumps fast if you want to see who actually opened the link.
Tested and checked against official sources on July 14, 2026.
If all you need is a nice slide deck for a meeting, Supademo is overkill — Gamma builds the deck in 60 seconds, and Alai gives you 4 design options per slide, both simpler and cheaper for that job. If your focus is diagrams and infographics from plain text, Napkin AI handles that better than forcing a clickable demo where a drawing would do.
Outside our gallery, Supademo's direct competitors in this interactive product demo niche are names like Arcade and Storylane — both with a similar pitch (clone screens, generate a guided tour), but with tighter free plans than Supademo's 5 demos. We haven't tested either of those, so they're not part of our review — but they're worth a price comparison before you commit to any paid plan.
Yes. The Free plan is permanent, no credit card required: it lets you create 5 guided interactive demos and 50 video recordings (4K), with unlimited views for anyone who receives the link. Past that, you need a paid plan.
No. Not to open a free account, and not for the 14-day trial on paid plans (Scale and Growth). A card is only required if you actually decide to subscribe after the trial.
The dashboard and editor menus are in English only. What does work in Portuguese is your demo's content: Supademo's AI (a paid feature, from the Scale plan up) translates captions and even voiceovers into 15+ languages, including Portuguese.
To create a demo, no — recording is done through the Chrome extension or the desktop app (Mac or Windows). Whoever receives the link, though, can view it just fine on mobile, including demos optimized for mobile apps.
The Scale plan costs $38 per month per creator (up to 33% off on annual billing). Growth costs $350 per month for 5 creators, with extra creators at $50 each. Enterprise is custom pricing. Official prices as of July 2026, in US dollars.
Only on paid plans. On the free plan, MP4 exports come with a watermark and are capped at 1080p; 4K without a watermark is a Scale-and-up feature.
