What it is

Eleven browser tabs become a single screen

PostSyncer is a social media scheduler: you write a post once (or let the AI write it), pick which networks it goes to — Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Telegram, Bluesky or Mastodon — and set the day and time. It publishes on its own, on each network, at the right moment. Think of it as the "Trello" of social media: a visual calendar where each post is a card you drag to whichever day you want.

Bottom line

Worth it or not?

3.8

score 3.8 out of 5

Let me be direct: if you're an agency social media manager already paying for a scheduler, a caption-writing AI, and a separate comment inbox, PostSyncer bundles all three into one subscription — and charges the same for the whole team, not per head. That's a real strength. But it isn't free, and that matters for an audience that usually looks for free tools: the "free" here lasts 7 days, then pricing starts at US$ 29 a month. If you only post to one or two networks now and then, it's not worth it.

Tested and checked against official sources on July 8, 2026.

What works in its favor

  • Covers 11+ networks from a single calendar, including ones free tools usually skip, like Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon and Telegram
  • Unlimited team members on every plan — no per-seat fee, which is rare for this kind of tool
  • The AI Content Agent takes a link, PDF, image, video or text and returns a ready caption for each network, plus a media suggestion
  • Open MCP and REST API — you can publish straight from an AI agent like Claude, without opening the dashboard

Where it falls short

  • No permanent free plan — just a 7-day trial, then billing starts at US$ 29/month
  • Every extra workspace, for another client, costs an additional US$ 19/month — it adds up fast for a large client roster
  • The whole interface is in English, with no option to switch to another language in settings
  • We found no native mobile app — management happens entirely through the browser
Why it matters

The grind of posting everywhere at once

Your brand grew, and now it needs to be on more than one network. The text changes a little, the image needs a different format, the best time to post is different — and you end up opening one app at a time, copying, pasting, adjusting. A three-post campaign eats a whole afternoon.

11 networks

PostSyncer's pitch is to fix that with a single calendar: you build the post, decide where it goes, and the system handles the format and publish time on each connected network.

In your day

Who actually uses PostSyncer

Agency social media manager

Runs the calendar for three different clients, each in its own workspace, with an approval step before anything goes live.

E-commerce owner

Uploads a spreadsheet with a week of product posts at once (Bulk Scheduling) and has everything scheduled before Monday starts.

Solo content creator

Pastes the link to their latest YouTube video into the AI Content Agent and gets clip and caption suggestions for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

Step-by-step

From new account to first scheduled post

// interface checked in June/July 2026 — if something looks different, search for the feature name in PostSyncer's help center
  1. Create your account

On postsyncer.com, click "Get Started For Free" (or "Join with Google" to skip setting a password). The 7-day trial starts right away, no credit card needed.

  2. Connect your accounts

In the "Connect Your Accounts" onboarding step, authorize each network through its official login — Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and whichever others you use.

each network asks for its own authorization, one at a time
  3. Open the content calendar

In the Content Calendar, click an empty slot on the day you want to publish to start a new post.

  4. Ask the AI for a caption

Use the AI Content Agent: paste a link, a PDF or a text you already have and ask it to turn it into a post. It returns a caption and a media suggestion.

  5. Adjust per network and schedule

Review the text for each platform — the same post can vary from network to network — pick the time and confirm the schedule.

  6. Track the results

Once the post goes live, the Analytics tab shows performance on each connected network.

prompt Turn this content into a ready-to-publish post for [Instagram / LinkedIn], in a direct tone with minimal emoji. Write the main caption, suggest 3 relevant hashtags for the topic, and propose a simple image or short-video idea that fits the content.

Paste in the link, PDF or text you already have — the result comes back with a caption, hashtags and a media idea ready to review.

What few people know

Wins and pitfalls from people who tested it

Do this

  • Set up one workspace per client from the start — reorganizing later is a hassle
  • Review the AI-generated caption per network — what works on LinkedIn rarely lands the same way on TikTok
  • Use the 7-day trial to upload a whole week of posts via spreadsheet before deciding whether to subscribe

Avoid

  • Subscribing to Starter assuming you can grow at no extra cost — each extra workspace adds US$ 19/month on top
  • Leaving TikTok and LinkedIn to connect later — authorizing each network can take a few minutes, so do it early in the trial
  • Expecting support in your language — chat and email support are in English
Challenge · 5 minutes

Schedule your first post right now

Create the free account (no card), connect one of your social accounts, and draft a post in the AI Content Agent using a link or text you already have.

You've succeeded if, by the end, you have a ready caption waiting for approval in the calendar — before you've paid anything.

What it really costs

What PostSyncer charges, no fine print

Bottom line: no, PostSyncer isn't free forever. What exists is a 7-day trial with full access, no credit card required. After that, billing kicks in — always in US dollars.

Free trial

US$ 0 for 7 days — full access, no credit card. Cancel anytime.

Starter

US$ 29/mo (or US$ 24/mo billed yearly) — 10 social accounts, unlimited team members, 1 workspace, basic analytics.

Pro Plus

US$ 49/mo on promotion (from US$ 99 — or US$ 39/mo billed yearly) — 30 accounts, 3 workspaces, the site's own "Best Value" pick.

Is it for you?

Check this before you sign up

It's worth it if you…

  • Run social media for an agency and currently pay separately for a scheduler, a caption AI and a comment inbox — here the three come bundled
  • Post to networks free tools tend to skip, like Threads, Bluesky or Mastodon
  • Work with a team and need an approval flow before publishing, without paying per extra seat

Think twice if you…

  • Only post to one or two networks now and then — the price doesn't pay off at that volume
  • Are looking for something 100% free forever — that's not this, it's a 7-day trial and then you pay
  • Aren't comfortable in English — the whole experience, from sign-up to support, is in English

Common questions

What people ask before subscribing

Is PostSyncer free?

Not forever. What exists is a 7-day trial with full access, no credit card required. After the trial, billing starts at US$ 29 per month (or US$ 24/month on the annual plan).

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. PostSyncer's own comparison page confirms the 7-day trial doesn't require a card. You're only charged if you decide to continue after the free period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, at any time, with no cancellation fee. Per the official policy, your account stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Does it work in Portuguese?

The interface (menus, buttons, settings) is in English — we found no option to switch it. The captions the AI generates, though, come out in whatever language you ask for, so you can request Portuguese in your prompt.

How many social accounts can I connect?

10 accounts on the Starter plan, 15 on Pro, and 30 on Pro Plus, across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Telegram, Bluesky and Mastodon.

Can I use it with a team?

Yes, on any plan — PostSyncer doesn't charge per seat. You can set up an approval workflow where one person drafts and another approves before it goes live.

Is there a mobile app?

We found no native iOS or Android app on the official site. Today management happens through the browser, including on mobile.
