Describe what your team needs — and Taskade builds the app, with an AI agent and automation already inside.
By Thiago Lourenço Martins
Taskade became Taskade Genesis: you write one sentence — "a dashboard to track this week's sales", say — and it builds a real application, with a database, a screen, and even an AI agent already wired in, published at its own link. It's like asking someone on your tech team to build that little system you keep needing — except here, AI builds it, on the spot.
You ask your tech team for a simple dashboard — tracking leads, deadlines, inventory — and the answer is always "get in line". Two or three weeks later, you're still waiting, patching things together with a spreadsheet.
That's how regular people have already built more than 150,000 apps inside Taskade Genesis, according to the company itself — with no code, either cloning what the community already made or describing the request from scratch.
Describes in a prompt the dashboard they need to track — leads, team tasks, deadlines — and publishes it for the team without waiting on IT's backlog.
Builds an onboarding portal for new hires, with a checklist, documents, and an agent answering questions, by cloning a ready-made template from the gallery.
Creates a mini CRM that logs each lead, triggers follow-up automation, and shows the pipeline — all inside the same workspace.

Plain English: "I need a dashboard to track my team's sales pipeline, with lead name, stage, and owner."
Taskade creates the project (the "memory"), suggests an AI agent connected to it, and already sets up a basic automation.
these are the three pillars of what it calls Workspace DNADon't like a color, a field, or a stage? Write the adjustment in the conversation instead of editing field by field.
The app goes live at its own address. On the free plan, it ships with a "Powered by Taskade" mark in the footer — it only disappears on paid plans.
Build a dashboard to track my team's sales pipeline. I need a table with lead name, company, stage (prospecting, proposal, negotiation, closed), owner, and expected close date. Add an AI agent that summarizes, once a day, how many leads have gone more than 7 days without an update.
You get the dashboard published with its own link and an AI agent already wired in — just adjust the columns to fit.

Open taskade.com/create and write a one-sentence request — it can be simple, like "a list to track my team's tasks this week, with name, deadline, and status."
You've succeeded if, in under a minute, you have a published link you can open on your phone and show your team.
The free plan needs no card and already lets you publish up to 3 apps — but the 6,000 AI credits are a one-time gift, not a monthly renewal. Official dollar pricing, checked August 2026.
$0 — 1 user, up to 3 apps, 1 AI agent, 3 automations, 6,000 one-time credits (no renewal), 250 MB of storage.
$10/mo (billed annually) — 10 users, unlimited apps/agents/automations, 50,000 credits/month, removes the "Powered by Taskade" mark, 100+ integrations.
$25/mo (billed annually) — unlimited users, 150,000 credits/month, custom domain, full white-label branding, and SSO.
$100/mo (billed annually) — 400,000 credits/month, autonomous agents that plan and execute on their own.
Detail that matters: paying month-to-month, without committing to the annual plan, costs double the prices above on every tier, per Taskade's own site. There's also Enterprise, from $250/mo, with a custom SLA.

When I tested it, I asked for a simple dashboard to track a few fictional leads and, honestly, it worked: in under two minutes I had a published table with a link, and the AI agent added a "deal value" field on its own that I hadn't even asked for. If you're a manager tired of waiting on IT, that's worth a lot. But the credit model is confusing — you only find out what a request "cost" after it runs, and the free plan won't carry a real workspace for long. I wouldn't subscribe to the monthly plan without checking the annual one first — the price gap is too big to ignore.

When all you need is to connect apps you already use (Gmail, spreadsheets, CRM) and trigger automations — without building a new interface from scratch
When your team already lives inside Notion and just needs an assistant that documents and fills in databases without switching workspaces
When the automation happens inside the browser — filling forms, scraping data, prospecting — without publishing a whole new app
When the goal is to automate one specific work routine, not build an entire app from scratch
Yes, there's a permanent free plan with no card required: 1 user, up to 3 apps, 1 AI agent, and 6,000 credits you get once (1,000 on verification and 5,000 on your first build) — they don't renew monthly. For more credits and unlimited features, Pro starts at $10/month billed annually.
No. The official pricing page itself says: "No credit card required". A card is only needed if you decide to subscribe to a paid plan.
Yes. Taskade's interface supports Portuguese among the 32 languages it offers — click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose the language option to switch. You can also chat with the AI agent in Portuguese regardless of your interface language.
Yes. There are native apps for Android and iPhone/iPad, plus desktop apps for Windows, Mac, and Linux — all synced to the same account in real time.
According to Taskade, your data is not used to train third-party AI models. The company states it keeps AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest, holds Google CASA certification (OWASP ASVS Level 2), and says SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress.
It's Taskade's name for three parts that work together inside every app you build: Projects hold the memory (your data), AI Agents provide the intelligence, and Automations execute the tasks on their own, around the clock.
